Annual  Club  Picnic  and  Hunt
2013

Welcome To Middle Tennessee Metal Detecting Club

The 2013 ACPH was held on Saturday, Oct. 7. The weather was fine and the crowd was enthusiatic, as always! We had about 50 people attending, with 40 hunters on the fields. Lots of coins to dig, great prizes and tons of food. If you missed the ACPH this year, you missed a good one.

Thanks to everyone who helped make the 2013 ACPH a success. This incidentally, was the 20th anniversary of our annual event. We have come a long way.

 Rules of the Hunt

1. The hunts are open to all members whose dues were paid by the
July meeting but not to their families unless they have a family
membership. Family memberships are $25 instead of the $20 for
the single membership. One may still obtain a Family Membership
at the October club meeting by paying the extra $5.

2. All coins and tokens will be buried in shallow ground, i.e 1 1/2 to 2
inches below the surface. Only hand trowels and knives are allowed
for digging. Please cover your holes.

3. Please stay off the fields while the coins/tokens are being
planted, unless of course you are part of the team doing the
     planting.

4. All detectorists must use headphones.

5. Only persons with detectors and headphones are allowed on the
field during a hunt. No "helpers".

6. Remove any trash you dig from the field and dispose of it in
     a trash can.
